Bumpers was rescued from the kill line at the Prince George, MD shelter in 2013. I thought he would be a feral living outside because his cropped ear indicated that he'd been trapped from a colony. But he turned out to be sweet and friendly, so now he's a house cat and has very little interest in going outside. If you find a TNR cat with a cropped ear, leave it alone or feed it. Do Not trap it or take it to a shelter. These cats are not stray. They are managed by people who care enough about them to take care of them.
